FRETS returns tonight (Saturday 31st August) with BMX Bandits in concert at the Strathaven Hotel. Their recent album, Dreamers on the Run, is a BIG favourite at FRETS, here’s the title track which we think is one of the very best recordings made by Duglas T. Stewart during the BMX Bandits’ illustrious career.

9pm: BMX Bandits
Special guests tonight are wojtek the bear, here’s their video for Second Place on Purpose, taken from their recent album (shaking hands with the NME) released on the Last Night From Glasgow label. The album was produced by Stephen Street who worked with The Smiths and Blur among many others.

Payment went through my credit card 19/8 for £57.50 to wegottickets.
