Many of you will know Kurt Cobain was a major fan of The Vaselines and performed many of their songs with Nirvana. Here’s footage from when Nirvana headlined the Reading Festival and invited The Vaselines’ Eugene Kelly to join him onstage for their cover of the Vaselines’ ‘Molly’s Lips’.
Tonight’s the night. Doors at FRETS/the Strathaven Hotel are 7pm, with Pete Astor on stage at 7.30. The Vaselines are on stage at 8.45, the concert will end by 10.30pm. The bar stays open late. There are only a few tickets left, available from this link: wegottickets.com/event/608352
