Here are the details for the first FRETS concert of 2022 this Friday (28th Jan). We are beyond delighted to finally have Altered Images in concert -nb, it won’t be an acoustic show.
7pm – Doors; 7.15pm – The Secret Goldfish; 8pm – Special Guests; 9pm – Altered Images.
If you have never been to a FRETS concert before, here is the usual drill. As tickets are not numbered, it’s first come first seated. There is usually a queue prior to Doors at 7pm. The live music starts shortly afterwards.
FRETS is very much about listening to the performers – if you’d rather have a chat please go to the main bar. The performers and other audience members greatly appreciate the listening nature of these concerts, there are breaks between the performers and a bar, so plenty of opportunities to get a good chat with your pals. After the concert, the main bar is open until late.
The Strathaven Hotel has a great restuarant and bar food if you are interested in pre concert food. The hotel also has a high standard of Covid compliance so it’s a comfortable and safe environment.
Right, so not long now… we can’t mention right now who the special guests are, but I wouldn’t be leading you up the garden path when I tell you they are rather special!!
