Thanks to everyone who attended the sold out Tim Burgess concerts, which were two nights of magic in the Strathaven Hotel. Tim performed in cahoots with Charlatans’ guitarist Mark Collins, Duglas T. Stewart, and the Pearlfishers’ David Scott and Stuart Kidd (left to right – Stu, Mark, Tim, David, Duglas). Apart from performing material from his solo career (including opening his set with a brand new song), Tim performed Charlatans’ songs and covers of BMX Bandits’ Serious Drugs and Teenage Fanclub’s Norman 3. Special nights.
Tim and the guys had a great time in Strathaven, finding time to pop into the 13 Barn Street cafe for some lunch, which they enjoyed so much they recommended the cafe from the stage during the concert!
