Thanks to everyone who attended a FRETS concert during 2023, our final concert of the year at the Strathaven Hotel recently with Callum Easter, Eugene Kelly and Stevie Jackson performing amazing sets will live long in the memory.

The concert is headlined by THE SCARS featuring Tam Dean Burn and will be a cataclysmic affair, as anyone who has seen the two recent concerts will testify. The Scars were unleashed on the public by Fast Product in 1979 with their Bob Last – produced single Horrowshow / Adultery. Their recent reformation with Tam Dean Burn on vocals has been a joy.
Boots For Dancing, Scorpio Leisure and Port Sulphur are also on the bill, with Port Sulphur taking the stage at 7pm just after doors open. More about these groups soon.
