Thanks to all of you for supporting FRETS and attending our concerts. We have tried to put something back into the local community and give Strathaven a live music presence. It was exactly four years ago on 4th Oct 2019 that we had our first concert when Lloyd Cole performed acoustically. In a sign of things to come, the Strathaven Hotel was sold out with Lloyd’s first date of his World tour taking place in Strathaven!
We have two more concerts taking place at the Strathaven Hotel before the end of the year with Richard Jobson & Martin Metcalfe headlining a sold out concert this Friday 6th Oct with special guest Ewan MacFarlane and oppening support Grahame Skinner making up an excellent bill. Then our final Strathaven Hotel concert of 2023 takes place on Friday 3rd Nov with Callum Easter headlining with special guest Eugene Kelly and opening support Stevie Jackson (unfortunately the Sexual Objects have had to pull out).
